This song has been recorded over 150 times to date and is one of the most widely known rhythm changes in the repertoire. It was first introduced on the Miles Davis album Bags' Groove and it remained in Miles' repertoire well throughout his career, recording and performing it on several occasions. It remains an especially popular rhythm changes head amongst jazz musicians and continues to be called at jam sessions frequently.
